More Twitter stuff

Hi,
I’ve just tried to sign into my Twitter account and found it suspended- under investigation.
No real explanation and I was just directed to the ‘rules’. Fair enough I guess so I’ve sent an email to find out why. I’ll let you know whether it was my twitter twats blog or whether it’s a problem because my myspace account updated my twitter account with the same ‘tweet’ as I had just put.

Feel all wrong because of the all crap on Twitter, why me?
Oh well.

Twitter twats

Hi ya,

I’m not being derogatory against all ‘Tweeters’ (not sure if that’s the correct word) by the way, I am one of them. @dizzyjojo1980.

But it has come to my attention that a few (who shall remain nameless) have been posting rude & depressing messages to our national treasures Stephen Fry & Alan Davies. Stephen has admitted he is a tad depressed at the moment, I’m not sure if this is to do with comments in Twitter world or just his depression but I’m guessing taunts and bullying really can’t be helping.

Alan Davies has come out fighting and said the comments don’t bother him and to quote ‘doesn’t give a fuck!’ Good on him. We’re all behind you Alan.

What sad little lives these people must lead, well to be honest any bullies must be the same. If you don’t like someone or something, surely you just avoid it- not hunt them/ it down and harass them just to make you feel better? Alan Davies re-tweeted a comment ‘What makes you think we actually give a fuck about you opinion?’ or something like that. Excuse me but what makes you think we give a fuck about yours? Besides, if you don’t care about Alan’s opinion- why are you reading it? Dumb fuck.

I thought Social Networking sites were designed to re-connect people, share photos and videos and for generally chit chat and fun. Not for opinion bashing and other such harsh crapness.

To be honest I have a Facebook account, a Myspace & a twitter and I enjoy all three because most of the time it’s for a laugh and I like to keep up to date with what my friends are up to. Things like this are really pants and I think the bullies should be punished- not just blocked or banned- but properly punished. Put across the knee and smacked across the arse type punished- although not f they’re into that sexual obviously!

There that’s my two-pence worth. I’m off now to sit and chill and think about my roast dinner I’ll be cooking later. Alan Davies- good one ya, and Stephen Fry- don’t let it get to you.
